1. What are the delivery deadlines

 

Once your order is confirmed and your payment is received, we will deliver the goods in stock within 1 to 2 days in Belgium, 2 to 4 days for France and Benelux, 5 to 8 days for the rest of the world. This period includes the time of treatment, supply and delivery. It extends in the limits of available stocks and delivery area.

 

2. Delivery methods

 

When you get to step into the customer ordering process, you must select the delivery destination you want applied to your order

  

- Shipping (Package automatically calculated by destination and amount or weight control)

 

- Withdrawal from chemise-tendance.be - Passage Lemonnier, 41 | 4000 Liege | Belgium

 

For shipments by carrier we use the services of a transport company carefully selected for their rigor, we use TaxiPost in Belgium for the individual who can not guarantee his presence at delivery. 

 

3. What are the shipping costs

 

Our delivery charges appear on the online shop when you are logged in or that you view your cart. These charges are automatically calculated by destination and the contents of the command.

 

Shipping rates:

 

- in Belgium: rates are 6 € up to 100 € of purchase, beyond the postage is offered.

 

- in EEC: rates are 12 € up to 160 € of purchase, beyond the postage is offered for the following countries : United Kingdom, Luxemburg, Germany, Holland and France except Dom-Tom.

 

- in the rest of Europe and rest of the World: Prices start at 12,70 €.

 

- Free Shipping: the customer is informed that the delivery is free from 100 € in Belgium and from 160 € in others countries (see just before).

  

4. When will my order processed ?

 

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. All orders placed on weekends and during holidays are processed the next business day. The orders are shipped the same day or next day if the product is in stock, or as it becomes available, after replenishment with our supplier.
In case of temporary unavailability, you will be notified by e-mail or phone as soon as possible.
For orders by bank transfer, shipments are made after confirmation of payment by our bank.

 

5. How to return my parcel ?

 

You have 7 days to make a claim (see terms of sale). Skip this within 7 days, the products delivered will not be returned or exchanged. 
Your article may be exchanged, refunded or receive a credit note provided that: 
    - The item is folded correctly with its original accessories and returned in good condition 
    - The item is returned with delivery against signature in its original packaging (with accessories) within 15 days of receipt of your package. 

WARNING: Articles received retouched, cleaned, incomplete, damaged or dirty, not properly folded and not with their original accessories will not be accepted in return. 

Any exchange, credit note or refund will be made within 15 days from date of receipt. (The date will be the date indicated on the proof of deposit). 

IMPORTANT NOTE: It is essential to contact us before any return of packages, otherwise packages will be refused. 

Shipping and return will be charged to the customer.
